The preparation of the Report on Economic Development (RED) is the responsibility of the Socio-Economic Research Department of the Knowledge Management Department of CAF -development bank of Latin America and the Caribbean-.

The editing and general coordination of this edition was carried out by Fernando Álvarez and Federico Juncosa, with the support of Martín Finkelstein and Azul Menduiña.
